there's a certain branch you'd like it to go to, you can
specify that.
After
you place your order, an active duty soldier will be selected
for you, and the books will be shipped to them.
Step
three is that your Certificate will be sent to you, complete with
your name, and the name of the soldier that received the books
that you bought for them. The whole process takes about 4 to
6 weeks from placing your order to getting your certificate.
